It's because of you, my massage clients, that I've been lead to be a Life Coach.

As you may have discovered whilst on the massage table, we solve the problems of the world here! We've mulled over problems and brainstormed solutions over the last few years. It's been productive, creative and fun. And, it's been exciting when the results and goals have been met. It has shown us that goals, and results, are not only achieved when two heads are working together, but also attained in a far swifter way than without help and momentum.

So, after 10 years of ad hoc advice, I decided to go back to school and officially train to be a Life Coach, and have now completed a Momentum Life Coaching course on Auckland's North Shore. After a year of training, I am a Certified Life Coach.
